Level ground is essential – ensure the area is flat where the setup will take place. Slopes or uneven terrain can prevent safe installation. If you're unsure, feel free to share a photo of the intended location.

We deliver free of charge within a 5 mile radius of IP3. If you are further afield a travel fee will apply.

Only children under 4 allowed.

Shoes off.

Socks must be worn.

No food or drinks permitted.

No face/glitter paint

No sharp objects.

Keep all items within the matted area.

Please return all balls to the ball pit after use.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

We kindly ask that all balls are returned to the ball pit after use.

Be ready for any weather!

It's the UK, so rain is always a possibility! Even during the Summer, clear skies aren’t a sure thing. Make sure to have an indoor backup plan if it rains, as we CANNOT set up in wet conditions or if rain is expected. Please remember that ALL outdoor bookings depend on dry weather conditions.

From 1st September to 1st May, we only accept indoor bookings.

Rest assured, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before delivery, on-site, and after collection. We take great pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Please ensure the area is clear and ready for our arrival, both for setup and pickup. All children should be out of the play area so we can safely take everything down.

We hold full public liability insurance.
